Our Story
The Air Transportation : A Tower of Babel
Before a plane can take off, up to 15 different independent teams on the ground need to coordinate. The issue: they are stuck in the 80s in terms of technology with no unified communication system. They rely on siloed IT systems and low-tech tools such as walky-talkies, telex, emails, phone calls. Information is not traced, does not circulate easily and is not centralized. As a result, decision making is slow while facing critical situations and customer care is neglected.
